Power Body Fitness Inc. has been custom-designing, manufacturing and supplying high quality, value for fitness equipment to leading stores and fitness clubs across North America for over two decades and we believe this is all just the start! SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS - LEAD TIME
Once the order has been placed and confirmed. It will take an approximate 2 to 3 weeks (depending on the equipment and also the units place) for it to turn around. You will be informed a few days before the shipment is ready and a suitable shipping date shall be arranged. We will also notify you when the product has been shipped out and the approximate arrival date of the shipment.
STANDARD SHIPPING PRACTICE
We offer both road and rail shipping (wherever available) for your orders. Road is generally faster. Our standard delivery is curbside delivery. which means that the ordered products would be delivered to your drive way. If you require assistance of the driver, please inform us in advance as the service will be chargeable.
**Please be advised that the shipment will be heavy and may usually require more than 1 person to unload**
Tailgate and residential deliveries are also available at an extra cost. Please specify your preference when placing and confirming the order.
We also offer pick up directly from our facility in any case you may prefer to arrange your own shipping method.
STANDARD PACKING PRACTICE
All equipment are assembled, inspected and tested before it is prepared for shipment from our facility. They will be packed on skids, bolted down if needed and wrapped with pieces of cardboard to protect them. The usual practice is to disassemble (but not to completely break them down as we understand you do not want to be spending days to weeks putting them together) them to accommodate the guidelines provided by the carrier and also to make it as cost effective to ship as possible, however, there will be some EQUIPMENT that will be shipped fully assembled due to their nature. Most of the assembly required will be fairly simple and light. The parts and components will be LABELLED, matching and following them in order is the best way to go about them. If in any case further assistance is required - please contact us, we are always happy to help.
Please notify us if you prefer any other means of packing and shipping method(s) and we shall try our best to accommodate your preference.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products manufactured by Power Body Fitness Inc. are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials under normal use or service from the date of purchase as follows:
- Lifetime: Welds on structural frame (NOT on moving parts) & Weight Stack Plates
- 5 Years: Pulleys & Bearings
- 1 Year: Pads and Upholstery
- 6 Months: Handle Grips, & Accessory Bars and Attachments
- 6 Months: On standard Eyebolt of Heavy Bags Racks
- 3 Years: On Heavy Duty Eyebolt of Heavy Bags Racks
- 1 Year: On other parts not mentioned
Limited Warranty applicable to Spin bikes; Pro-68H, Pro-68HC, Pro-RM01 and Pro-RM01C
2 Years: Welds on structural frame
1 Year: All other components
